Castle Engineering & Manufacturing are working on a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work on a renowned local tourist attraction.
In the role of Maintenance Engineer, you will part of a small team managing a local heritage site dealing with the overall maintenance and day to day engineering tasks required to ensure continued running of the site. Due to the nature of the site health & safety are an integral part of the role, with over 400,000 visitors attending the attraction every year.
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer you will ideally have:
- Experience in a wide range of Maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical faults
- A logical and pragmatic approach to following procedures
- A good level of physical health
- A proactive approach to your work
- The ability to plan your work
- Flexibility as call outs may be required
- A passion for engineering and history
