Maintenance Engineer

Castle Engineering and Manufacturing are seeking an Elec Biased Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Scarborough.

This role is based within a large industrial environment and the general duties include commissioning of machines, plants and equipment, and re-conditioning of machines.

Other duties include:

• Trouble shooting electrical, electronics, hydraulic and PLC problems
• Preparation of operating and maintenance
• Creating and maintaining machine maintenance data such as trouble shooting documentation and regular maintenance programs
• Supervise/fix and troubleshoot machine errors or breakdown by coordinating with machine manufacturers
• Liaise with warehouse in charge for material selection and spare parts inventory

To be successful in this role you will have…

• A HNC/HND/degree in Electrical/Electronics
• Extensive electrical maintenance experience
• Proven history within a similar role
• 17^th edition is desirable
