Castle Engineering & Manufacturing are working with an established globally recognised business who are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer.

In the role of Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for the auditing and monitoring of the quality management system to drive improvement and ensure that the company retains its ISO9001 certification.  You will be required to over see and manage all quality processes and procedures and be able to deal with customers internally and externally.

Working in Quality Assurance you will be responsible for:

• Continuously identifying non-quality factors
• Investigating or facilitating in-depth analyses to determine corrective and preventative actions to reduce the non-quality costs
• Constantly seeking to improve the level of quality 
• Listening to Customers and measure customer satisfaction in order to ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the customer life-cycle

To be successful in the role of Quality Assurance Engineer you will need to have:

• Demonstrated experience in a Quality Engineer role or similar
• Have experience in a similar manufacturing environment
• Possess knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Control, ISO 9001 and Change Methodology
• Performed process quality audits
• Experience/knowledge of 8D deployment is beneficial
• A degree in an engineering discipline will also be beneficial
