Castle Engineering and Manufacturing are seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join a successful and niche energy company during an exciting time beginning a new project.
The Electrical/Electronics Engineer will be responsible for electrical/electronic aspects of a manned submersible project whereby they will produce design specifications and documentation to ISO 9001.
Other parts of the role include providing technical support to the production, logistics and integration departments, assist in the preparation of operating and maintenance manuals and to provide customer support and assistance in training of customer operating personnel.
To be successful in this role you will have….
- A degree level qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a design environment
- Experience in design of ROV systems
- Strong engineering knowledge
- The ability to work with respect to Lloyd’s Rules, ASME, PVHO, BS PD5500
- Strong attention to detail and effective checking regime
- Good verbal and written communication skills
