CNC Operator (VC2431) Driffield, England
Castle Engineering Division are seeking a CNC Operator to work within a heavy industrial manufacturing business who are investing and growing their operations.
Initially working on nights, 2pm - 10pm you will be working as part of an engineering team and will be required to manage your time and tasks. In the role of CNC you will be responsible for the following:
- Working on and managing CNC Large bed Machine
- Manufacturing of components for various customers
- Ensuring that work is carried out to highest quality level and standards
This role is to work on nights (2pm - 10pm) but will be moving into a day role. To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Previous knowledge of working with CNC machines
- A knowledge of CAD or CAD/CAM systems
- Ability to work to set time lines
In this role you will be working in a business that is looking to invest in a new state of the art machining shop and you will have the opportunity to develop and help grow with the business. You will be working on a variety of jobs and will be required to work as art of a team as well as have the ability to work on own initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding but rewarding environment and will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to work on new state of the art CNC machinery. It is a varied role where you will be working on bespoke jobs as well as working on more standardised jobs.
Rate: £9.50 - £10 per hr dependent on experience
