Castle Engineering and Manufacturing are seeking a Senior Electrical/Electronics- Engineer to join a successful and niche energy company during an exciting time beginning a new project.
The Senior Electrical/Electronics Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering design and support functions of the project, and to take the lead on design projects under instruction of the project manager.
Other parts of the role include producing design specifications and documentation, assisting with preparation of maintenance manuals and to provide technical support to the production, logistics and integration departments.
To be successful in this role you will have….
- A degree level qualification or equivalent
- Proven previous experience in a design environment
- Previously designed using ROV systems
- Exposure and knowledge of ISO 9001
- The ability to work with respect to Lloyd’s Rules, ASME, PVHO, BS PD5500
- Strong attention to detail and effective checking regime
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to problem solve, work in a team and willingness to learn new professional and engineering skills
