Castle Engineering and Manufacturing are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a successful manufacturing company in Brandsburton, near Hornsea.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for monitoring and advising the performance of the Quality Management System and producing data on this analysis so that you are able to measure against set standards of the company.
Key points of the role are…
- Work to the company’s standards and specifications
- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Assess how to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Set and maintain controls and documentation
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and information
- Implement changes and improvements
To be successful in this role you will have…
- Extensive experience in a similar Quality role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to actively problem-solve
- Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
- Health & Safety exposure
