Castle Engineering and Manufacturing are currently seeking a Lab Technician to join a manufacturing business based in Kirkbymoorside, on the outskirts of York.
The role consists of following test procedures by using RF measurement instruments to test components and assemblies, and review and compile results of this testing. This role also offers extensive continuous learning as experience will be gained whilst in the role.
To be successful in this role you will have…
- Experience working in a laboratory and a small team environment
- Understanding of RF measurements techniques and use of various RF measurement instruments (specifically Scalar network Analysers and Vector Network Analysers)
- High level of focus
- The ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Punctual attitude
