Quality, Health & Safety Advisor (VC4691) Whitby, England
Castle Engineering & Manufacturing are looking for a Quality, Health & Safety Advisor for an established Manufacturing business in the Whitby area. The Quality, Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for managing Quality and Health & Safety procedures across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the relevant people across the business to ensure that quality and H&S procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Communicating with site engineers to ensure all PPM procedures are kept up to date.
- Be responsible for managing waste levels within the business
- Ensure Quality procedures are kept up to date at all times
- Chair Quality and H&S meetings at both facilities.
- Carry out independent audits for both Facilities.
Skills/Experience Needed:
- NEBOSH Certification
- Previous experience within a similar role in a Manufacturing/Production environment
The salary for the position is between £25,000-£26,000, dependant upon experience.
