Castle Engineering and Manufacturing are currently seeking a Service Quotations Engineer to join a well-established power company based in Scarborough.
The Quotations Engineer is responsible for providing quotations to clients, technically assess requirements of remedial works and provide technical advice to other areas of the business.
The duties of this role are…
- Actively review assigned opportunities in order to deliver timely processing of quotations
- Prioritise quotations according to urgency/client SLA/KPI requirements
- Obtain quotations from sub-vendors/suppliers
- Provide quotation to end client and clarify any queries raised in connection with submitted documentation
- Assist with the preparation/site visits for site surveys
To be successful in this role you will have…
- Relevant technical qualifications
- Understanding of service oriented IT systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Experience in EFACS or equivalent management systems
- Knowledge of generator/UPS operations and control systems
