Qualified Social Worker – Hospital Team

You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based within the Worcestershire area in a busy hospital social work team. As a valued member to this service you will be required to pick up a varied caseload whilst working with a range of professionals within a hospital and intermediate care setting. You will need to have experience completing mental capacity assessments, participating in best interest decision and using Continuing Healthcare Checklist.
