Qualified Social Worker – Transitions team

You will be working within a very well respected Local Authority based within the West Midlands area. As a valued member to this service you will be required to pick up a varied caseload whilst working with a range of professionals. You will be working with ages 16-25 years old and you will need experience of working with those with learning disabilities. This is challenging work where staff are needed to work through a backlog of cases.
