Qualified Social Worker –Community Team
You will be working within a busy adults team in the Birmingham area. You will be undertaking assessments of older adults, adults with learning disabilities and adults with physical disabilities. You must have experience of completing outcome focussed assessments, implementing support plans, safeguarding investigations and covering a duty rota. It would be an advantage to have experience with the three conversation model.
