Qualified Social Worker – Hospital Team

You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based within the Gloucestershire area in a busy hospital social work team. As a valued member to this service you will be required to pick up a varied caseload whilst working with a range of professionals within a hospital and intermediate care setting. You will need to have experience completing mental capacity assessments, participating in best interest decision and using Continuing Healthcare Checklist. It would be an advantage to have experience of the three conversation model.
