About the Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be learning how to successfully negotiate, how to excel at business development, and have the chance to travel across the UK on client meetings.

You will be speaking to candidates and clients on a daily basis.

You will also be given the opportunity to progress in your career very quickly, because Mortimer Bell International always promotes in house.

About You:

The successful candidate will be pro-active and resourceful, as well as being ambitious and have a very good work ethic.

You will be a ‘people’s person’, and have the ability to build good relationships with candidates and clients, and be the type of person who can use your own initiative

You will be someone who does not shy away from challenges, and is willing to go the extra mile to succeed.



  • A 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • At least 6 months’ experience in working in a sales role
  • Hard working and motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • The skill to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You must not be afraid to speak with clients of a senior level
  • Recruitment or Business-to-Business sales is desirable
