About the Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:

You will be speaking to candidates and liaising with clients on a daily basis.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to successfully win clients, as well as regularly going on client meetings across the country.

You will also be given the opportunity to progress in your career very quickly, because Mortimer Bell International always promotes in house.

About You:

The successful candidate will be pro-active and resourceful, as well as being ambitious and have a very good work ethic.

You will be a ‘people’s person’, and have the ability to build good relationships with candidates and clients, and be the type of person who can use your own initiative.

You will be someone who does not shy away from challenges, and is willing to go the extra mile to succeed.



  • A 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • At least 6 months’ experience in working in a sales/customer service role
  • Hard working and motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • The skill to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You must not be afraid to speak with clients of a senior level
  • Recruitment or Business-to-Business sales is desirable
