Manpower GOLD RIVER has a Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager with a combination of Senior Project Management, Business Analyst and Management experience.
This position will be responsible for analyzing, establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with clients on behalf of the company, while managing customer services team. Strives to increase monthly, quarterly and annual sales by effectively assessing client project needs while collaborating the project teams efforts to deliver quality results. The Manager will manage and will collaborate with other department managers and provide appropriate training and process improvement methods that reflect project workflows are timely and efficient and meeting set quality standards. The individual chosen for this position will work closely with other departments, such as IT , Production and Marketing to communicate on projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Plans staffing requirements to meet short and long-term departmental and business needs
•Monitors effectiveness of project management team, provide training and conduct annual performance evaluations.
•Write and implement policies and procedures for project management team
•Acts as a Senior Project Manager for key accounts
•Assigning and reassigning of clients to Project Managers
•Meet periodically with individual team members to troubleshoot and motivate
•Assist Account Executives and Project Managers with meeting internal and external deadlines
•Helps design training manuals and training program for ongoing education and motivation
•Partners with sales manager to plan short and long-term hiring strategies
•Maintain ‘expert’ status through continual industry knowledge development, education regarding postal requirements and company production equipment.
•Develops and maintains key account base.
•Attend Executive team meetings to provide input regarding company policies and strategic planning. Provide updates to the rest of the Sales Department team.
•Keep Director of Marketing and Sales abreast of all important issues.
•Bachelor's Degree or 8 - 10 years related experience
•Proven leader and Senior Project Management experience
•Experienced in all aspects of process improvement, freight and distribution, materials management and production scheduling.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
•Must have analytical skills.
•Excellent knowledge of employee training and development and the operational principles and concepts in order to perform tasks listed above.
•Strong working knowledge of budgeting techniques, project costing techniques, financial controls and business care analysis.
•Demonstrated ability to inspire and excite Marketing and Sales areas with new technology solutions and processes and bring them on-board the development process.
•Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and participate in multiple, concurrent projects.
•Experience in creating business requirements, business processes and operational procedures documents for the User community.
•Proficient in MS Projects and project management methodology.
•Experience in managing projects from creation to completion.
•Proficiency in MS Project, MS Access, Visio and Excel. Experience with MS SharePoint.
•Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
•Certificate of Competency on Business Analysis (CCBA).
