Engineering Specialist (124) Japan
Job Purpose:
- Provide Project Management support to the EPC-1 Project Manager for the preparation of the EPC-1 ITB package, including active participation to the write-up and final consolidation with the Business Group and FEED contractor.
- The position is deputized to the EPC-1 Project Manager, which implies delegation of authority, in particular during the project execution phase,
- Take leadership during the tendering and clarifications phase, including internal coordination to prepare responses to Tenderers clarifications request – prepare meetings and maintain a good filing system,
- Provide coordination with Business Group regarding Long Lead Items tendering, clarifications and preparation of novation to the selected EPC-1 Contractor,
- Project technical assistance and project engineering and management coordination or leadership as required.
Profile:
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- More than 15 years in Project Engineering and Management, including for large and complex EPC contracts.
- Experience with multi-cultural type projects.
- Technical background [discipline engineer] or generalist.
