Job

The Supervisor Product Support will be responsible for supervising the product support team as well as acting as a Product Support Specialist as needed. This candidate will enure that product support personnel maintain positive customer relations as well as oversee the day to day activities of the Product Support Team. You will also serve as escalation point for customers when difficult situations arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Current or prior experience at a Medical Device facility
  • Proficiency in SAP or other fully integrated ERP system
