Our client is seeking to appoint a mechanical graduate engineer who is interested in training for business to business sales in the engineering sector.
They are interested in honest, personable Grads with a mechanical background who enjoyed their studies but see themselves doing a business role in the engineering sector.
The company offers a modular machine building system- consequently every sale is a one off and so the sales process needs an engineer who can work with the customer's own engineers to scope each project in order to secure the sales (ask the right questions and you'll be more than half-way there).
Consequently the sales process is very low key based as it is on building an understanding of the customer's intended manufacturing project and working with them towards a solution.
The role includes a base salary / car / training package.
The role is field based.
