This fast growing test and calibration business which specialises in the calibration and repair of high value electronics components is seeking to appoint a technical and production manager.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader with an electrical or electronics background.
Managing a team of you will handle all of the planning, personnel and commercial aspects of optimising the performance of this business unit.
The company work a standard day shift (office hours) Monday to Friday. The role will report to the directors of the business however your remit will be the leadership and motivation of the team and as such we seek a capable practically minded individual who is an able communicator and who has the ability to mentor and develop a technical team whilst ensuring that production and quality targets are achieved.
Salary negotiable.
