The business in the UK is focused on the sales of Robotic tooling solutions for automation projects across a wide range of sectors including Nuclear, Automotive, Aerospace, Packaging and Pharma amongst others.

The company offers a wide range of tooling from robot wrist downwards including gripper, spindles and shock absorbers, however their most popular offering is a turnkey solution which provides a tested off the shelf offering which incorporates all of their technologies into one integrated product to give a customer a working robotic tool for almost any application.

This innovation has given the business a unique competitive advantage in their market by eliminating the need for customers to design, test and configure products from multiple suppliers to create a working robotic hand/ tool.

This unique approach draws on their own in-house expertise and continuously evolving technology. From a USP perspective this product offering removes the risk for any potential customer who wishes to create a viable robotic hand/ tooling for almost any automation project. It also shortens development times and cuts the need for internal customer resources which means that automation projects can be implemented much more quickly by ensuring a working tool is delivered as a turnkey solution every time.

The person that we are looking for will be a formally trained mechanical engineer who has either started their career in sales or is someone who is working in an applications/ internal sales or technical sales support role who wishes to advance their career in solutions selling.

You must be fascinated by new technology and passionate about manufacturing, driven, energetic an instinctive self-starter and commercially minded. Full product training will be provided.

The sales area includes the north of England and Scotland and incorporates a number of well-known Engineering businesses however the scope for growth is considerable for an adept solution sales person who has the ability to relate to the engineering leadership within companies undertaking automation projects.

The role is field based and offers a competitive base salary, fully expense car and bonus
