THE ROLE
I am now seeking an experienced CONTRACTS MANAGER with experience of Claims and disputes to join my client, working in client offices in Dortmund, Germany.
The project is a large chemical plant so previous experience of oil & gas, heavy engineering or similar projects would be preferred.
All contracts are in English so fluent written and spoken English is essential. German is not required although would be useful.
THE CLIENT
My client, is a successful and established firm of construction and engineering claims and dispute consultants.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced CONTRACTS MANAGER and you will also need to demonstrate some experience of managing claims.
You are likely to be MRICS, BSc or similarly qualified either as a Quantity Surveyor or Engineer with good knowledge and experience of contracts management.
You must be able to work without supervision in conjunction with the clients project manager and engineers to manage and set up all contract administration functions and systems.
You are likely to have been trained in the U.K.
Salary in the region of Euro 120,000 to 140,000 per annum.
