THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a stable work record of working in the oil & gas industry to join a respected firm of consultants in the City of London.
You will be involved on a range of oil & gas projects both in the UK and overseas.
Duties will be varied and will include contract advisory work, contracts administration and management, claims, pre and post contract work.
A good opportunity for an ambitious, well qualified candidate to join a firm offering good prospects.
THE CLIENT
My client is a specialist firm of claims, dispute resolution and contract advisory consultants.
They work on projects in the oil & gas industry, building construction, civil engineering and similar becoming involved in projects worldwide.
They provide a range of services both for construction and accounting.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has ideally be working on a salaried basis as our client seeks someone with a stable work record.
You will have a BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and ideally also be MRICS qualified.
You will have a good understanding of a variety of oil & gas projects and possibly also process projects too.
You will have done pre and post contract work, contract administration and have an understanding of the complete role through to delivery of project.
An interest or some experience of claims and contracts will be preferred.
This role is based in the City of London but some short term travel overseas may be required.
Salary from £80000 to £120000 per annum plus pension, bonus and other benefits
