Financial Reporting Consultant needed for growing public company in North Denver. If you're experienced in SEC Reporting including researching and filing Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K and Correspondence, and are actively looking for a new consulting role, this could be the ideal position for you!
Responsibilities include development, drafting, review and filing of SEC reporting, proxy filing, and shareholder reports. Disclosures experience is also preferred. Our client is ideally looking to hire a candidate for the Financial Reporting Consultant with a CPA and public background, preferrably Big Four.
