Clinical Deputy Manager – Adult Dementia Services / (Liverpool) / £39,390K + Benefits


Hampton’s are working in partnership with our Client who are a well-known and respected in the industry who provide care nationally to individuals in registered care homes, hospitals, supported living arrangements, retirement schemes and domiciliary care settings.


We are supporting them to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee the day to day operations of their New 60 bed service providing Nursing and Residential for Elderly and Dementia based just outside of Liverpool.


This service has been designed with the aim to provide the best quality and state-of-the art accommodation and care for people living with dementia and others with long term residential and nursing care needs.


First and foremost, our Client truly believe in delivering their service users with a continuous level of high-quality care.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Caring and compassionate with strong leadership skills
  • Deliver a truly empathic service.
  • Improve current standards and be responsible for the knowledge and implementation of Care Quality.
  • Registered RMN or RGN
  • Clinical background
  • Experience of managing a service of a similar size and client group
  • Can build great teams who can deliver high quality care
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to the team and support the Registered Service Manager in the clinical and operational management of the service to make a difference.


Salary Package:

  • Salary - £39,390k + Bonus, Pension Contribution and additional company benefits
