Position: Inside Sales Rep
Location: Toronto

Conduct outbound telephone sales calls to develop business relationships within account and prospect list.
Determine additional customer potential product requirements and unmet needs.
Research potential customers through a variety of mediums, industry publications, general news media and the Internet under direction of Sales Manager.
Assist in development of profile questionnaires to target business from prospect list under direction of Sales Manager.
Follow-up on open sales quotations and sample requests generated through call efforts.
Prepare monthly report detailing account review, sales activities, issues and coverage strategy for next month for submission to Sales Manager.
Participate in portions of the quarterly sales meetings.

Position Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Computer skills – Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
Demonstrated sales performance, phone sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to organize and prioritize various projects.
Self motivated and professional.
Ability to cold call and develop rapport with prospects.
College degree in related field of study.
Two to five years experience.

Must Have:
Associate Degree.
2 + years of inside sales experience.
