Position: Jr Systems Administrator
Location: North Bay
Contract: 5 Months

Certified, has ITIL Foundation V3
Case Management Tool Experience
Service Desk Experience in OPS EIT
Experience in OPS EIT Service Desk
Experience in ITSM compliant Remedy System
Experience in ITSM compliant Remedy System Service Desk Experience in Recognized, ITSM compliance Service Desk tool (Tivoli Service Desk, Heat, IMPACT, CA Service Desk)
Experience in Recognized, ITSM compliant Service Desk tool (Tivoli Service Desk, Heat, IMPACT, CA Service Desk)
Helpdesk Desk Experience via an in-house developed tool Tier Support Experience via an in-house developed tool.
Case Management experience via emails, word docs, etc.
Previous Service Desk Experience
2+ years previous Service Desk Experience

Technical Experience as it relates to the subject matter
Previous Technical support experience with:
Microsoft Windows (2000, XP, 7)/Office/Exchange/Active Directory
Blackberry Support
iOS
A+ certification
Network + certification (or greater)
Microsoft Certification (MCSE)
University or College Graduate
