We are looking for a team player to join our Calgary Project Management team. The ideal candidates' responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing, application engineering, material and equipment procurement, field installation and start-up of assigned projects. They will also ensure projects are effectively executed within budgeted cost and time schedules and ensure positive cash flow. In addition, the position is a key interface with the customer and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction on all assigned projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Manages, oversees and coordinates all aspects of medium to large, complex projects from award through completion of project, including: overall site management of projects for successful and timely completion within budget.
Translates a wide variety of customer needs/requirements into detailed proposals and project plans to meet customer requirements.
Proactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required.
Maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records.
Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impacts.
Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls for timely/cost effective completion of project.
Establishes project milestones and analyze costs and provides timely and accurate project cost reports.
Manages the execution and review of all scope of work, and terms and condition in customer contracts including cost control, delivery fulfillment, quality of service and other customer requirements as they arise.
Executes all work in accordance with Provincial, local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, Requirements:
Strong project management experience in a technical
Respond effectively to changes; ability to influence others using good written and verbal communication skills.
Diploma in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of previous, relevant engineering, field service or project management experience preferred.
Minimum three years of project supervisory experience required.
