Position: HR Manager
He/she originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that promote a goal-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a workforce that will meet or exceed the needs of the customer. He/she also supervises staff and directs work in the human resources department. Is also responsible for setting and managing the HR budget.
University degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Very high degree of relationship management responsibilities at all level of the company
Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
Must have experience leading a team of HR professionals.
Must have experience in collective bargaining.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
Flexible and must be able to deal with change
Excellent computer skills
