Position: Administrative Bookkeeper (Business Vision)
We are looking for a positive self motivator to work permanent full time as our Administrative Bookkeeper.
The successful candidate will possess: strong accounts receivable [including collections], payable [including government remittances], payroll and administrative experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; accuracy and attention to detail; solid mathematical and analytical skills.
Working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment, they must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines. They will possess a high level of moral judgment and integrity for handling confidential information and monetary transactions.
SAGE Business Visions’ experience is critical and mandatory. Microsoft OFFICE experience necessary. INFOtrac software experience preferred. Ceridian payroll experience preferred.
