As an Internal Based Sales Manager you will be primarily responsible for:
- Developing relationships with existing and new customers
- Regular contact with all allocated customers to develop relationships
- Prospecting key targeted accounts and develop new opportunities
- Liaising with customers via telephone, email and face to face
- Being a key part of the sales team at trade shows and events
- Growing existing accounts and reactivating lapsed accounts
- Hitting monthly sales growth targets on a consistent basis
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the garden centre or gift industry
- Experience in B2B wholesale
- Strong Sales skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Have good IT skills
- Be hungry, passionate with a desire to succeed
The details:
This is a fulltime position of 40 hours per week
Primarily internal position
Salary between £18K-£22K + a lucrative commission structure
20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
