Salary:	GBP18000 - GBP22000 per annum + parking + pension + 5 weeks hols

Answer incoming calls, although this isn't a call centre environment
Provide resolution to a variety of queries
Build relationships, where applicable, through a variety of channels including social media
Provide up to date technical and product knowledge
