As Call Centre Agent you will be contacting businesses all over the UK to gather their business information - this is not a sales role but a good telephone manner and an ability to record information efficiently is essential.
You will need
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good literacy and data entry skills
Attention to detail
Good listening skills
Able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
Good work ethic and attitude to work.
Although not essential, previous call centre experience would be preferable - however full training is given.
This role will start on a temporary basis for the first 12 weeks.
