Your remit will be to recruit, develop and manage a new specialist team of insurance sales consultants that will specialise in the construction arena.

You should be an inspirational leader and coach of your team who will identify new prospects and use your consultative skills to build a long term relationship - this established company will provide full support to you during these exciting times including all the tools you will need for success.

You should be commercially minded, and if you have FSA accred this would be a huge advantage but not essential.

You will have a raft of new products and services in your portfolio to offer prospective clients and the expectation is your OTE will be in the region of 75k.
