Kingswood Group are currently recruiting a Resourcer for a leading technology company based in mid Essex. The role is supporting a growing part of the business, approximately 2000 employees and you will be sourcing for up to 45 roles at one time. 

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Resourcer in a similar sized business and be able to work at a fast pace and be able to deliver on all KPIs.

You will be responsible for the following;

- Sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, Social Media and other networking tools

- Screening candidates, evaluating skillset

- Guide and assist hiring managers

- Conduct interviews

- Attending meetings to discuss requirements and provide updates to the managers

- Working to deadlines and KPIs
