Change and Configuration Manager – ITIL/CAB/ServiceNow – Birmingham
Change and Configuration Manager required for a leading client in Birmingham. You will lead and manage your team to deliver services and activities in line with best practice and to a high standard.
You will work with all levels of stakeholders, project managers and employees in a bid to understand the current service delivery and make sure that these environments function effectively and meet targets.
Skills required,
- Extensive Change and Configuration Manager Experience
- Strong ITIL Change Management experience
- Strong knowledge of CAB (Change Advisory Board)
- Past expertise of using ServiceNow
- Background of Communicating directly with Project Managers
- Background of Managing Suppliers
- Third-Party management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
