Project Manager – CRM/Credit Card integration/Fintech – London
Project Manager required for a leading client in the London area. My well invested FinTech client based in central London are currently looking for a Project Manager, who will come on board to deliver a programme of work, centralised around a credit card integration to the clients database.
Key skills,
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Experience interfacing web with CRM (ideally dynamics)
- Operational experience
- Experience of working with Credit Cards (Desirable)
- Experience of integrating new clients on their system
- Chatbot and call centre experience, ideally Intercom
- Setting up a PMO function
- Background of integrating client’s databases
- Strong knowledge of understating roadmaps
- Business facing PM with a technical understanding
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Intercom and workflow experience ideally
- Exposure of working with structured methodologies (Prince2, APMP, MSP, Agile)
- Background of CRM integrations
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
