Test Manager required for a leading client in the Birmingham area. My client is looking for an experienced a Test Manger, who will come on board to cover operational acceptance, performance and security.

- Extensive Test Manager Experience
- Non Functional Testing experience
- Hands on Testing experience
- DR, resilience, recovery, performance, security, accessibility testing experience
- Data Migration experience
- Good defect management skills and the knowledge of Jira to be able to post defects
- Producing test plans
- Extensive test matrix experience
- Strong task management background
- Implement clear Test Strategies and audit and risk control policies across teams
- Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
