IT Contracts Manager – MSA/RFI/PSA/RFP - Liverpool
The IT Contract Manager will required for an interim period and play a key role working with and supporting the IT and Vendor Management teams, internal/external legal counsel, and external vendor partners. The Contract Manager will be tasked to assist with engagements with new suppliers that need contractual cover. The Contract Manager will be also looking into a template Master Service Agreement (MSA) that is in place but will need experience of creating contractual schedules that cover the services to be provided. These could be Hardware, Software, Professional Services or a mixture of all of them.
