Test Lead – Task/Defect Management – Birmingham
Test Lead required for a leading client in the Birmingham area. My client is looking for an experienced a Test Lead, who will come on board to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of this project and will manage both the testing and defect management and release management processes.
Key skills,
- Extensive Test Lead Experience
- Hands on Testing experience
- Good defect management skills and the knowledge of Jira to be able to post defects
- Defect Management experience
- Producing test plans
- Estimation Management
- Extensive test matrix experience
- Strong task management background
- Implement clear Test Strategies and audit and risk control policies across teams
- Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
