Summary

Provides administrative support for marketing function and Logicalis business office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports Director of Area Sales with Dynamics CRM cleanup and assignment changes.
  • Supports Account Executives’ territory planning with account research in Hoovers & Rainking; updates CRM with recommendations.
  • Revises CRM based on invalid and erroneous customer data gathered from mailing campaigns.
  • Tracks CRM opportunities based on leads from marketing campaigns and events.
  • Prepares consolidated monthly results reports for marketing activities.
  • Prepares marketing scorecard results and sends to marketing liaisons.
  • Manages IBM lead tracking for MDF reimbursement.
  • Manages New Customer Program.
  • Updates and maintains internal Complementary Portal site.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensures office equipment is in working order and schedules maintenance.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors and directs to appropriate area or person; arranges for refreshments for meetings.
  • Sorts and routes mail for office; prepares and mails express delivery packages.
  • Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
  • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
  • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education and/or Experience

Education:

  • High School education required. Associate’s Degree in a related field is a plus.


Experience:

  • 3 years office administration experience.


May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.



Computer Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM required.
