Our client, a very successful social policy think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator in the office of the President.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2+ years of professional experience during or after school
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
The Job:
- Make travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, manage the calendar of the president
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Organize and compile materials for meetings and conferences
- Preform inventory review for the department
- Create briefing books and support the board
