Our client, a very successful social policy think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator in the office of the President.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2+ years of professional experience during or after school
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The Job:

  • Make travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, manage the calendar of the president
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Organize and compile materials for meetings and conferences
  • Preform inventory review for the department
  • Create briefing books and support the board
