Our client, a non-profit global research organization in downtown DC, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team!

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and Director.
  • Manage all schedules, agendas, and meetings. 
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including domestic and international.
  • Track and process expenses and manage budgets.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
