Our client, a non-profit global research organization in downtown DC, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience required.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
The Job:
- Provide administrative support to the team and Director.
- Manage all schedules, agendas, and meetings.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including domestic and international.
- Track and process expenses and manage budgets.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
