Part-Time Admin Coordinator - $17/hour – Washington, DC (A1186093DC-Temp) Washington, District of Columbia
Our client, a very successful economic think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator for the next few months supporting a busy department!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1-2+ years of professional experience; prior non-profit or association experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Previous experience in Salesforce and expense management systems is preferred.
- Strong detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills are required.
The Job:
- Aiding with administrative support.
- Assisting with member information and correspondence.
- Maintain and update the information in database.
- Producing and providing reports to various department heads.
- PART TIME ONLY: 16 hours/week for 3-6 months.
