Our client, a very successful economic think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator for the next few months supporting a busy department!

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience; prior non-profit or association experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Previous experience in Salesforce and expense management systems is preferred.
  • Strong detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills are required.

The Job:

  • Aiding with administrative support.
  • Assisting with member information and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update the information in database.
  • Producing and providing reports to various department heads.
  • PART TIME ONLY: 16 hours/week for 3-6 months.
