Our client, a science organization in Washington DC, seeks a Member Services Coordinator to support their busy Marketing and Membership Department. Responsibilities include: responding to inquiries from members, maintaining accurate membership data and subscriptions, working with customer service vendors to resolve issues, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer service-oriented, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, have strong attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, at least two years of professional experience post-college is highly preferred, and membership and SalesForce experience is a plus. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. The hourly rate is $12-$14 per hour and the permanent salary range is $35K-$40K annually.
