Our client, a prominent financial services company, is looking for a temporary to hire Executive Assistant for their busy Maryland office in Silver Spring!

 About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3-5+ years’ of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting communications on behalf of high-level staff members
  • Ability to multitask and work with many personalities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 The Job:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to upper management and staff
  • Prepare communications materials on behalf of executive-level staff members
  • Draft and edit correspondence and communicate with high-level stakeholders
  • Perform complex and varied administrative and technical duties for members of senior staff to support business and marketing/sales operations
  • Liaise with clients on behalf of management and assist with business logistics as well as day to day operations
  • Manage a variety of complex calendars and meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule international and domestic travel and itineraries
  • Reconcile expense reports and process invoices, and draft financial reports
  • Organize and coordinate conferences/meetings, as well as prepare appropriate materials

This is a fantastic temporary to hire opportunity that pays between $25-$30/hour during the temporary period and converts to a salary between $60K-$70K.
