Our client, a business management consulting firm that specializes in clinical research and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a temporary to hire Executive Assistant to support their CFO!

About you:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of C-level executive support required.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to commute with a vehicle to the office (not accessible by public transit).

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the CFO.
  • Provide support to the Accounting, HR, IT, and Contracts teams.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the facilities department.
  • Proactively respond to a wide range of issues in an effective manner.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

This is a fantastic temporary to hire opportunity that pays $28-$34/hour during the temporary period with the potential to convert to a $65K-$75K salary once permanent.
