Our client, a highly respected publication organization, is seeking a temporary Customer Account Associate to join their team in Arlington, VA!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service is required.
- Data entry experience and strong Excel skills required; experience with Salesforce highly preferred.
- Extremely detail oriented and possess outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
The Job:
- Support client outreach and respond to database related inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with creating training material for new database.
- Develop, maintain and apply knowledge of internal systems, policies, procedures, products and subscriptions of other departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
