Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm in Washington, DC, seeks a Client Services Coordinator for their busy DC office. The ideal candidate must have strong internships during college and one year of professional experience, post college, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: supporting a team of busy brokers, handling scheduling and meeting coordination, developing PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials, and working on special projects. A Bachelor’s degree is required and Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is a must. Strong MS Office skills are also imperative. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity and the hourly rate is in the $15/hour-$16/hour range. The permanent salary is in the $37K-$40K range.
